Hi Zetie’s mommy. We are sorry glad you joined and had to ask who you were 🤪 you are right most people are not ‘normal’ whatever that is and we still get reprimanded often for not ‘doing the work’ right
Hi. Asha, I just had my usual Sunday AM chat with Diana. She told me about how her moniker Zetie came to be. Excellent solution! I'm really glad that you don't think "normal" is a word that applies 100% to anyone. I should know: I was a professional oboist. While it isn't true that oboists are all crazy, we're a quirky but mostly loveable bunch. Hugs!
Hi, Asha, thank you for your extremely well written & moving words. I learned from my late mentally ill brother how wounding "sensible" advice is. Most of us on the "normal" spectrum have no clue about how to just be with people with mental illness. You have given us a clue.
Virginia you are so kind and we are sorry about you brother. We usually do not mind someone making suggestions or offering advice (even when it won’t work for us) but the hard part is when we get blamed for it not working. If normal worked we probably would have figured it out by now. So glad you are getting something out of the blog that is our goal.
If people get mad at you when you take their advice but it doesn't work for you, then normal doesn't work for them, either! Hugs and million!!

This is great advice for anyone, to be there for the good, bad and in-between.
Thank you Tami this one meant a great deal to us.
May you feel lots of support, virtual and the real physical kind. Sending you a hug and lots of loving kindness.
Julie you are always so kind. Thank you for the virtual hug
Aw, shucks, Asha. What a sweetheart you are!
Hugs and holding you in the dark with my parts that want simply to be hold as well...
Jana you are amazing. Virtual hugs to all of you as well.
